Welcome

The Community Technology Group is a non-profit established to help students, throughout their communities, obtain needed technology for higher education.

Who We Are

The Community Technology Group is a registered 501c(3) Minnesota Non-Profit Cooperative providing tax deductions to business and organizations wishing to help students, throughout their communities, obtain needed technology for higher education.

What We Do

Community Technology Group provides students with technology to assist them in their pursuit of excellence. Our goal is to increase student learning while maintaining incentives for completion of higher education courses.

By banding together with local businesses and individuals to support students at this stage in their lives, we feel they will be more successful and more likely to return to the community that supported them.

Upon returning, these students will be ready to enter the community as skilled workers and be more likely to become valuable assets to businesses and to their community.

How It Works

Each business, organization or individual making a contribution will be listed on our website. Donors will also be recognized for their contributions to the program at the senior awards banquet for their represented district.

To be eligible to receive a technology sponsorship from the Community Technology Group, students must provide a scholarship application stating their intent for higher education to an accredited facility. Recipients must attend and complete all course work necessary to complete their program.

How we select individuals to sponsor:

Application is open to all students planning to attend a facility of higher education. The number of sponsorships offered is determined on the available funds received by Community Technology Group each year from businesses, organizational donors and individuals like you.

Technology sponsorships are awarded based on random selection of submitted applications by eligible students.
